Site your renewable energy project where the resource is greatest

Imagine two countries that both make it equally profitable for a developer to install a project, say one with a low feed-in tariff and high wind speeds and one with a high feed-in tariff and low wind speeds. Because the NER300 selection process depends on how much energy the installation produces, the first project is at an advantage over the second.
